REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) garandeert dat gebruikers over exacte informatie betreffende de soort en eigenschappen van de bedrijfsmiddelen, smeermiddelen enz. beschikken waarmee zij in aanraking kunnen komen.
Deze componenten zijn beschermd tegen elektrostatische ontlading. Elektrische onderdelen kunnen door statische ontlading beschadigd raken. ESD-safe-onderdelen zorgen voor een veilige potentiaalvereffening.

Details

Profile X 8 80x40 3NO90 light is a universal construction profile made of high-quality anodized aluminium in the modular dimension of Line X 8.
This weight-reduced aluminium profile in the light design variant from item features three open Line 8 profile grooves. The grooves on one narrow side and one wide side are closed. This aluminium profile can be used to build frames that have easy-to-clean unbroken outer surfaces.
Do you need a door that is stable or a cell with an easy-clean exterior? Thanks to these two Profiles X, the solution is simple.
Three of the six grooves on Profile X 8 80x40 3N90 light – oriented around 90° – are closed. This gives it the perfect geometry for use as an external strut – both horizontally and vertically.
These profiles can be used to build corners that are especially easy to clean thanks to their continuous, unbroken surface. There are no gaps where cleaning agent residues, lint from cloths and other debris can accumulate.
Profile lines are mutually compatible and differ in terms of specific features. Profiles 8 feature rounded edges (R4). Profiles X 8 feature a minimal edge radius (R1) that ensures smooth transitions can be achieved between aluminium profiles. Profiles 8 XMS are based on the contour of Profiles X 8. They feature special grooves designed to accommodate lip seals and an integrated cable conduit.
Line 8 profiles from item are available with closed grooves in a variety of arrangements. The profile wall can be opened up partially or completely so that the groove underneath can be used. The NO design variant indicates that the closed grooves are particularly easy to open up thanks to two notches on the underside of the outer surface.
Automatic-Fastening Set 8 NO (0.0.489.96) is ideal for connecting profiles together. It requires only a minimal opening in the groove and comes with its own cap.
